All our products are made-to-order and/or printed on demand. For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size choice, or dislike of the design.
2. Requesting a Refund
If your order qualifies for a refund:

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue (e.g., defect, damage, or incorrect item).
3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
4. Items Not Eligible for Refund

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect orders due to customer input errors (such as selecting the wrong size or color).

Items damaged due to improper use or care.
5. Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is eligible, you may request a refund and place a new order.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and cancellations are no longer possible.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed error on our part (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
